TAG Application always tries to put you in the best situation, at any time, guiding you and performing automatic controls for you to avoid falling into possible conflicts and errors.
Just in order to eliminate the possibility of conflicts, with the new version is coming an additional control on activities.
From now on, in fact, when you are going to change assets to a task it will always be checked that there are not checklists of read type. If there is, the case will be reported and the change of the asset will be prevented until they are eliminated.
In this way, no read checklist will ever be “orphaned” of the variable to which it is linked and it will be impossible to find problems on the activities.

Carrying out modifications to users, groups and roles the system overloads much… Therefore, in order to optimize and speed up the vast majority of streams, updates are performed in the background, one by one within a dedicated queue.
Waiting for the changes to be made automatically in a few minutes is always a good practice, but it can also happen to require instant changes, forcing the update and immediately enjoying the configurations made.
With the new version is coming a button that will allow you to empty the queue of changes, force the update and view and use in real time the configurations performed.
This button, characterized by the blue color, will be called “Update changes” and will be used by all the sections of the settings dedicated to users, specifically:

From the next update you can do it!
The integration of the columns “Manager” and “Applicant” within the “Activities” section of the Consultations will allow to carry out searches even more precise and punctual, filtering and exporting the complete results of all the information.
