After performing the task requested by the system, through a mobile App, equipped with RFID TAG reading, have the result of the activity recorded by the field maintainer, directly on your smartphone. In real time, the entire organization will have access to the “maintenance booklet” of each plant or machine.
Through regular internal compliance checklists, you can check and demonstrate to third parties that tasks have been performed.
Among the objectives of Nurith S.p.A. there has always been the search for maximum optimization and technological innovation in its production plants.
This can be seen from a first glance as you enter the organization’s North plant, located in Bondeno, in the province of Mantua. Here you can admire how, through a perfectly punctuated sequence, the PVC profiled bars enter from one side of the plant and exit at a distance of about 50 meters from the start the finished windows.
In the middle, you will see at the action miter saws, heading machines, machining centers, welding machines, all branded GRAF Synergy. It is amazing to see how, between one passage and another, the PVC trunks before, the doors and the frames after, are moved and stored automatically by shuttles and vertical warehouses.
In this highly productivity-oriented environment, plant maintenance plays a key role.
Mr. Bitetti (CEO of Nurith) together with the production manager Corrado Papa have always expressed to GRAF, supplier partner of their automatic machines, a particular attention to the monitoring and maintenance of the plants, without ever having identified the technology that could help them in the intent.
So, from the partnership born in-house at the GRAF group, between the Enterprise division creator of the software TAG Application and the Technical Department of GRAF Synergy, it was decided to develop a module that would first allow the monitoring of all the variables detected by the PLC on board the machines and then be able to exploit a database so powerful to develop scheduled maintenance plans and for monitoring in productivity field.

From the first meetings with the main stakeholders in the project it was clear that it was also necessary to give a new cut compared to the original project that provided only maintenance activities as a result of monitoring.
Soon, once the potential of the database that would be automatically inserted in TAG Application was conceived, the most original ideas about possible uses emerged.
One of the points most requested by Nurith S.p.A. was its desire to highlight the efficiency of their production plants, increasingly visited by customers and partners in the world of windows and doors.
They wanted to give life to those indicators of efficiency that until now was enclosed in minds and in some rows in view only to insiders.
With the development of some custom dashboards in the TAG Application Business Intelligence module, we were able to give shape to this idea! Thanks to monitors placed in production, we published real time the extraordinary production results of this plant.
GRAF Synergy maintenance plans:

Needless to hide, every machine or plant needs the right maintenance over time; if we then imagine industrial machinery dedicated to obtaining the greatest possible productivity, to carry out the activities in preventive way turns out indispensable in order to continue to maintain high the levels of performances of the new machines.
If we imagine an entire production plant, consisting of several dozen machines, it is increasingly difficult to intervene in a preventive manner.
For this reason, thanks to the monitoring of critical variables and the GRAF Synergy certified maintenance plans, we were able to set up an automatic system that, thanks to the schedules of TAG Application, plans activities directly to the maintainer, once the "critical" threshold for a specific maintenance has been reached.
The planning of a new maintenance is both shared with the entire plant in the monitors and notified to the reference technician through the mobile application of TAG Application available on both Android and iOS.
The Facility Management office can always have under control the efficiency status of its plants, reassuring itself about maintenance and productivity levels.
Help your maintainer with TAG Application NFC technology
The number one goal of TAG has always been to simplify and make the maintenance management process effective.
In a factory with dozens of machines and various maintenance activities to be carried out every day, the NFC technology comes to the aid of the maintainer ensuring the rapid traceability of all the information of a given plant and the specifications of any maintenance activity required.
You just need to apply NFC tags like the one in the photo to an accessible part of the machine, associate it in a few seconds to the serial number that you will find already registered within your application environment and your technician will be able to draw on all the necessary information and activities in no time.
Conclusions
For us at TAG Application, a project is to be considered completed only when the customer is satisfied, and so it was with Nurith S.p.A.!
During the Go Live part of the project, we were joined not only by the production manager Corrado but also by the internal maintainer Maurizio; We thank both for the support and collaboration in the crucial phases for the success of the project and for having reached the goal in the timeframe.
In fact, after only a couple of hours of training, Maurizio began to carry out his maintenance missions and to "close" them on the TAG App in total autonomy.
Corrado and Mr. Bitetti were enthusiastic about the results obtained and particularly surprised by the short start-up times of the project!
