TAG Application© protagonist at the GRAF Synergy Open House

The Open House organized by GRAF Synergy was an absolute success and TAG Application© proudly took part as a protagonist!

The unmissable event dedicated to innovation in the window and door sector proved to be a week of discussion, energy and new prospects for the future of the industry.

On this occasion, we presented TAG Application©: the technological solution that transforms data into concrete value, reducing machine downtime and enhancing production.

During the event, we covered key features of CMMS software: from real-time monitoring to automated maintenance, to AI support.

Among the various innovations, what stood out was the absolute debut of our TAG AI virtual assistant: an intelligent chatbot designed to listen, respond and guide operators in the daily management of activities.

A technology that makes data immediately usable and transforms it into practical solutions, improving the efficiency of everyday work.

The feedback received from professionals from all over the world was extremely positive: different points of view, valuable stimuli and confirmation that innovation always arises from dialogue and collaboration.

We thank all the participants who contributed to making this experience unforgettable. The TAG Application© journey continues, with the same energy and desire to push the boundaries of digital maintenance ever further forward.
