tickets\u2026 everywhere you can attach handy <b>documents that are always accessible, shareable<\/b> and <b>complete<\/b> with all the necessary information.<\/p><br>\n\n<p>This <b>centralization of information<\/b> has always been one of the software\u2019s strengths\u2026 but who said a strong point can\u2019t be improved even further?<\/p><br>\n\n<p>Certainly not anyone from the TAG Application\u00a9 team!<\/p><br>\n\n<p>With the upcoming release, attaching files becomes even faster thanks to the new <b>multi-upload mode<\/b>!<\/p><br>\n\n<p>From now on, simply go to the document section of the entity where you want to upload files, make a <b>multi-selection of documents<\/b> from your PC, and drag &#038; drop them into the dedicated area.<\/p><br>\n\n<p>This way, documents will upload instantly, all together, without any extra steps\u2026 an easy, fast, and functional action: in true TAG style!<\/p><br>\n\t\t<a href=\"#1.0\">(fig 1.0)<\/a><br\/>\t\t\t <b>documents<\/b>? Yes indeed, another enhancement is coming with this release.<\/p><br> <p>To further improve the user experience, the <b>upload area<\/b> has been extended.
