Simple! By having the software create and schedule <strong>resolution tasks<\/strong> directly to <strong>avoid forgetfulness, eliminating human error<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tagapplication.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Frame-4-3-908x1024-1-e1744270944277.png\" alt=\"Florim\" class=\"wp-image-15923\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-white-background-color has-white-color\" id=\"monitoraggio\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-white-background-color has-white-color\"\/>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" id=\"monitoraggio\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Monitor your forklift hours in real time<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another point on which Mattia had always found himself in difficulty was the <strong>monitoring <\/strong>punctual of his own <strong>forklifts<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How do I always know how many <strong>hours <\/strong>have my carts?<br>I\u2019d like to see all <strong>counter <\/strong>, even when I\u2019m not in the workshop, how can I do?<br>I already have software that receives cart hours, you can <strong>connect <\/strong>to <strong>TAG Application<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the questions were different, the <strong>Monitoring module<\/strong> was able to answer each of these questions, satisfying the needs of the customer from the beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Initially we created all the <strong>variable hours counter<\/strong> and connected them to the respective forklift trucks, allowing the manager to enter and consult all the hours independently, both from <strong>pc <\/strong>and from <strong>smartphone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"coupons\">Then, to automate the process of sending hours, we developed a <strong>connector <\/strong>that would allow you to connect to the software already present in the company. In this way, for all vehicles powered by diesel (that is, those that send the hours to the software every time the operators go to refuel), it was possible to implement a <strong>fully automatic monitoring<\/strong>, that would allow the client to <strong>consult <\/strong>and <strong>manage <\/strong>their counter completely in <strong>autonomy<\/strong>, in <strong>real time<\/strong> from any position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-white-background-color has-white-color\"\/>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><strong>Avoid overlapping services: get only the necessary tasks and eliminate time loss<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before TAG Application became part of the everyday life of the mechanical workshop, there were several problems to afflict Mattia's department: one of these certainly resided in the <strong>superabundance <\/strong>of useless <strong>bureaucracy<\/strong> especially at <strong>maintenance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>specific case<\/strong> highlighted was the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supposing you have a cart that has in its <strong>maintenance plan<\/strong> services of 1000, 750 and 500 hours, once received a reading that would generate all three <strong>services <\/strong>at the same time, 3 different tasks would be generated to compile and close. In these cases, the customer would actually only do the 1000-hour service (including the other 2), but would have to close all 3 activities, losing <strong>precious time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus, by means of a new automatism linked to single types of activity (in this case the <strong>Services<\/strong>), we have eluded the reported cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">we developed a completely customized \"<strong>Workflow<\/strong>\" that could avoid proposing 3 different tasks and create a single dedicated one. In this way, every time a read is sent that generates a service task, the system <strong>checks <\/strong>if there are other tasks of the same type \"smaller\" and the <strong>discards <\/strong>automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"app\">With this paradigm, we have not only avoided the customer unnecessary time losses, but we have also guaranteed the possibility to maintain the <strong>connection <\/strong>between generated and discarded services (shows that all tasks, although not closed by the operator, were nevertheless carried out).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Build your forklift history with the mobile app and NFC technology<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Building a <strong>historical <\/strong>precise and detailed, complete with <strong>extraordinary and ordinary tasks<\/strong> for every single forklift, is for most companies a kind of utopia: Recording all interventions in paper format requires different <strong>time<\/strong>, <strong>space <\/strong>and <strong>money<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To transform this nebulous utopia into a solid reality, Florim has again leaned on TAG Application. In this way, in fact, once the intervention was completed and the report was filled out quickly, the operators were able to share the PDF of the intervention to all the offices involved in a <strong>snapshot <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With <strong>TAG Application<\/strong>, therefore, the customer has managed to completely eliminate paper: he finally said goodbye to immense physical archives and thousands of useless prints, reaching the goal of <strong>saving <\/strong>in all respects.
