Here you can admire how, through a perfectly punctuated sequence, the PVC profiled bars enter from one side of the plant and exit at a distance of about 50 meters from the start the finished windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\">In the middle, you will see at the action miter saws, heading machines, machining centers, welding machines, all branded <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grafsynergy.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GRAF Synergy<\/a><\/strong>. It is amazing to see how, between one passage and another, the PVC trunks before, the doors and the frames after, are moved and stored automatically by shuttles and vertical warehouses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\">In this highly productivity-oriented environment, plant <strong>maintenance <\/strong>plays a key role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Bitetti (CEO of Nurith) together with the production manager Corrado Papa have always expressed to GRAF, supplier partner of their automatic machines, a particular attention to the <strong>monitoring <\/strong>and <strong>maintenance <\/strong>of the plants, without ever having identified the technology that could help them in the intent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\"> So, from the partnership born in-house at the <strong>GRAF group<\/strong>, between the <strong>Enterprise <\/strong>division creator of the software <strong>TAG Application<\/strong> and the Technical Department of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grafsynergy.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GRAF Synergy<\/a><\/strong>, it was decided to develop a module that would first allow the monitoring of all the variables detected by the PLC on board the machines and then be able to exploit a database so powerful to develop scheduled maintenance plans and for monitoring in productivity field.             <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Get instant visibility into real-time production<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\">From the first meetings with the main stakeholders in the project it was clear that it was also necessary to give a new cut compared to the original project that provided only maintenance activities as a result of <strong>monitoring<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\">Soon, once the potential of the database that would be automatically inserted in <strong>TAG Application<\/strong> was conceived, the most original ideas about possible uses emerged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\">One of the points most requested by <strong>Nurith S.p.A.<\/strong> was its desire to highlight the <strong>efficiency<\/strong> of their production plants, increasingly visited by customers and partners in the world of windows and doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\">They wanted to give life to those indicators of <strong>efficiency <\/strong>that until now was enclosed in minds and in some rows in view only to insiders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\">With the development of some <strong>custom dashboards<\/strong> in the <strong>TAG Application<\/strong> Business Intelligence module, we were able to give shape to this idea! rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grafsynergy.com\/en\/\">Synergy<\/a><\/strong> certified maintenance plans, we were able to set up an <strong>automatic <\/strong>system that, thanks to the <strong>schedules <\/strong>of <strong>TAG Application<\/strong>, plans activities directly to the maintainer, once the \"critical\" threshold for a specific maintenance has been reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\">The planning of a new <strong>maintenance <\/strong>is both shared with the entire plant in the <strong>monitors <\/strong>and notified to the production manager Corrado but also by the internal maintainer Maurizio; We thank both for the <strong>support <\/strong>and collaboration in the crucial phases for the success of the project and for having reached the goal in the <strong>timeframe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"graf wp-block-paragraph\">In fact, after only a couple of hours of <strong>training<\/strong>, Maurizio began to
